Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for our website, representing Brego at industry events around the UK, and developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive growth within the automotive sector.

You will work closely with the founders and marketing consultancies to plan and execute marketing strategies, create owned marketing materials and attend events/ award ceremonies. Salary will be based on experience but will be inline with industry standards. The Brego Platform is similar to other SaaS tech-led products in the tech industry, so experience within SaaS businesses would be very advantageous. Design skills would also be a very nice-to-have.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write engaging, clear, and concise copy for the company website, blog posts, newsletters, and social media platforms.

• Ensure all content aligns with Brego's brand voice and messaging guidelines.

• Optimise web content for SEO to increase online visibility.

• Create content that resonates with automotive professionals and reflects industry trends.

Event Participation

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the UK to promote Brego and its offerings.

• Coordinate event logistics, including stand setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and potential clients within the automotive sector.

Strategic Marketing Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Brego's business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the vehicle valuations and analytics space.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with product development and sales initiatives.

• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or technology industries.
• SaaS Experience and Design experience would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of written work.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel within the UK as required for events.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
